These terms apply when you use gjerseys.store and buy from Gridiron Jerseys ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
About us
Gridiron Jerseys is an independent online store. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the NFL or any team. Team names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.
Products and availability
We try to describe and show products accurately, but images and colours on your screen may differ slightly from the item. Use our size guide to choose your size; measurements are for reference and fit can vary by manufacturer. Products are subject to availability, and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil.
Personalised jerseys
You can add a custom name (up to 15 characters) and/or number (0 to 99). It is printed exactly as you enter it (names in capital letters), so please check the spelling and number before ordering. Personalised items are made to order; see our Returns page for when they can be returned.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item only; shipping is added at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and will tell you before shipping if that affects your order.
You can pay online with PayPal. When online payment is not available, you can place your order and pay by contacting us on WhatsApp; the order is saved as unpaid and we ship once payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders may be cancelled if we do not receive payment.
Shipping and delivery
- Economy shipping: $10.00.
- DHL shipping: $30.00.
- Orders of $150.00 or more ship free with either method.
We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier and customs. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Do not try to disrupt or overload it, gain unauthorised access, or copy or scrape its content or data without our permission. Order-tracking pages are for the customer who placed the order.
Our content
The Gridiron Jerseys name, logo, design and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reuse them without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for the goods we sell as the law requires. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
