We want you to be happy with your jersey. If it is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery by following the steps below.
Return window
You can ask to return an item within 30 days of the day your order is delivered.
What can be returned
- Items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Items in their original packaging, with any tags and inserts still attached.
Personalised jerseys
Jerseys with a custom name and/or number are made to order. They can only be returned or refunded if they are faulty, damaged, or printed differently from what you ordered. Please check the spelling and number carefully before you place your order.
How to return an item
- Contact us with your order number (shown in your confirmation and on the Track order page), the item(s) you want to return and the reason.
- We will reply with the return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Pack the item securely and send it back. Keep your proof of postage.
Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay the cost of sending it back. We recommend a tracked service: the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
When we have received and checked your return, we will confirm by message and refund the price of the item to the original payment method (PayPal), or in the way we agreed with you if you paid through WhatsApp. Your bank or PayPal may need a few extra days to show the refund.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is because the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us first. If the size you need is available we will arrange an exchange; otherwise we will refund you.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and cover the return shipping.
Cancelling an order
If your order is still awaiting payment, you can cancel it at any time before you pay by contacting us. Orders that have already shipped follow the return process above.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
