This policy explains what personal data Gridiron Jerseys ("we", "us") collects when you use gjerseys.store and buy from us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery address, order note, the items you order (including any name or number you want printed), the shipping method and the payment status.
- Payment: payments are handled by PayPal. We receive confirmation and a transaction reference, never your card number. If you pay through WhatsApp, we see your WhatsApp number and the messages you send us.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request information, processed by our hosting provider to run and secure the site. We also use your IP address briefly to limit abuse (for example, too many order attempts).
- Data kept in your browser: the contents of your cart and your language choice are saved on your device so the site remembers them. This is not used to track you.
Cookies and tracking
At the time of writing we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Why we use it
- To take, process, ship and support your orders (needed to carry out our contract with you).
- To let you check your order status on the Track order page (you need your order number and email).
- To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure (our legitimate interest).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
- To reply when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Who we share it with
- PayPal, to take your payment.
- Delivery carriers (for example DHL and the postal service used for Economy shipping), so they can deliver your parcel. They receive your name, address and phone number.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and stores our order database.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Our providers operate worldwide, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns and meet our legal, tax and accounting duties. We then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK or EU GDPR) you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. To use these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children
